My Philosophy in the teaching

How to be a good teacher and what is good teaching?

Everyone in this world has a special philosophy in his/her life. Also, every teacher has a philosophy in relation to the strategies s/he uses to teach any subject. In the past, teachers had simple tools, but today there are many electronical tools that they can use in teaching.

In my view, I find myself in reading and teaching the English language which is considered as one of the most common communication languages among people. Also, it gives everybody a chance to talk about their ideas or opinion to others. English language teaching needs special ways and a lot of creative process which the teacher can do when it is suitable. In addition, when students want to study; this has to come from the students themselves. Also, from the plan and strategies which teachers put.

 

Before I start to teach the lesson, I should write my objectives, and I should fulfill this subject. I try to be a good teacher, and I can communicate with my students immediately. Also, I must think in a positive way that helps me to keep smiling when I start teaching. This smile gives my students more confidence. I try to understand the personality of my students. I must respect my students so that they will respect me.

 

Moreover, a good teacher is a teacher who uses special ways to give ideas to student; s/he is a guide and helpful to them. Also, a good teacher is a teacher who can control the classroom. The creative teacher is a teacher who thinks of problems to find solution to develop the education. Also, the creative teacher must be a researcher about the facts and always wants to take more of education. Also, a creative teacher is teacher who uses the experiences of other.

Another important thing, the school curricula are always different, so the teacher must contribute to the others to put the curricula because teachers know more than others what the students need. Also, the duties of the teacher make different ways of teaching to help student to take information easily. The teacher can do that through motivation which help the  student to understand and learn the language in a proper way.

In short, this is the view of the philosophy of teaching and it will be with me because I teach school curricula in which I will apply my philosophy. Also, I will try to attract students to study English language by exciting them. In addition, I have ways which help students to learn such as learning by playing, which involves both study and enjoyment. Also, I need to read about this to apply it in the correct way. Also, I can apply the new methods discovered in education.
